How Do I Place an Order?

How Far in Advance Do I Need to Place My Order?
For regular orders, we need at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your delivery date while custom orders require at least 1-week notice.
Can you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! By informing us of any food allergies, we can help you select the creation that is suitable for you. We have eggless and gluten-free options; however, we are not a nut-free bakery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm regular orders, which can be submitted via credit card or PayPal. The balance is due the day before delivery.
Do you offer tastings?
At this time, we offer tastings for weddings and large custom orders. Tastings are complimentary for up to 4 flavors and $4 for each additional flavor. Samples to taste will be enough for 2 people.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel your order, written notification of cancellation (via email) must be made 1-week before delivery in order to receive a refund.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! All of our custom cakes are delivered right to your home or office to the following areas: Charlton, MA; Dudley, MA; Southbridge, MA; Sturbridge, MA. We also provide set up for an additional fee. Deliveries for distances outside that radius will be at our discretion and delivery fees begin at $5 and will depend on distance traveled. Clients who live beyond the delivery service area should call to inquire about alternative arrangements for pick up or delivery. Please click here for a list of our delivery areas.
